Claims Servicing

Our claims processing provides 24-hour, 365 day toll-free claim reporting service and immediate electronic access to an insured’s coverage data. We examine and settle all covered losses within 30 days, provided there are no exceptions noted during the examination process. Payments are made within five days of the final report.

Catastrophe Claim Service

We have received customer and media recognition for our catastrophe-handling capabilities dealing with Hurricane Andrew in Florida and Katrina in Louisiana. We are proud to provide complete, automated, on-site catastrophe operations in multi-site situations, with experienced CAT adjusters and national servicing vendors.
